Analyse LOCAL was appointed by Birmingham City Council’s Revenues Service to carry out an exercise to find missing and undervalued hereditaments in the city.
Analyse LOCAL using their RV Finder software, has been able to identify a significant increase in rateable value. The quality of the information received from Analyse LOCAL is of a high standard and has been used by ourselves to raise reports to the VOA.
The projections of RV increases have proved to be very accurate when changes are confirmed by the VOA. The knowledge and professionalism of the team of researchers has been very impressive.
