For most of us the hot weather sparks the annual dusting off of our swimming costumes to cool off in a local pool or stretch of coastline – but for Katie Lee swimming is in her DNA and something she does almost daily.
Since the age of 4, Katie has been swimming and entered the competitive world at age 9. As parents know, having a child who excels at sport is both time-consuming and expensive, and requires commitment.

Katie recently represented Aquatics GB at an open water event in Leicestershire, continuing to build on an impressive season of performances. She also competed in eight events at the British Summer Nationals in Sheffield, where she was crowned British National Champion in the 200m Individual Medley.Â
