Our most recent service, Maximise Domestic, was developed in response to client demand. It includes a thorough audit of the full council tax list within a local authority, identifying discrepancies using advanced methods such as reverse geocoding and text string analysis. This data-driven approach enables an efficient and comprehensive review of all residential properties within a local authority. Thus, significantly reducing both time and expense and providing our rating researchers with a valuable resource lead.
OS Data Match
OS Data Match is an internal software product used to undertake precise address matching for commercial property data. Routinely updated address data is analysed and matched to rating data in order to identify leads. This service not only highlights novel leads but also uncovers new areas of focus, driving strategic growth within the department.
As you can see below, there has been a consistent rise in case referrals thanks to the successful internal product.
Verify
Our Verify Validate service is a testament to our expertise in data management. We meticulously collate, compile, cleanse, and process hundreds of data sets, including Companies House data, to build a comprehensive liable party database. By employing sophisticated matching algorithms, we analyse factors such as location, property type, liable party type, and liable party name. This approach provides our clients with valuable insights and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
Insight Forecast
Our Insight Forecast service analyses and manipulates data to assist our clients in managing their provision effectively and aids them in completing their NNDR1 and NNDR3 forms. We utilise a variety of datasets including live and historic national rating list data, appeal’s and CCA data to calculate yield loss figures for our clients to enable them to monitor any potential losses.
We also employ complex forecasting algorithms to analyse patterns and trends in the data to provide our clients with forecasted losses for the financial year. This considers the local commercial blueprint and trends from the 2010, 2017 and 2023 lists to provide a truly bespoke service for each of our clients.
